Our PolicyAdvance Reservation Policy: In order to guarantee a reservation, a deposit of fifty (50) percent of your total stay is requested. You may secure your room using a credit card for deposit which will be processed at the time your reservation is made. A two (2) night minimum is required. Cancellation: Because we are a small inn and a seasonal business, cancellations have a considerable impact. We therefore adhere strictly to our cancellations policies. All reservations cancelled 21 days prior to arrival date will be refunded the deposit less a service fee of $25. Notice of cancellation less than 21 days will forfeit your entire deposit. If you shorten your stay, you are still responsible for the nights that you booked. Payments: We accept cash, personal checks and all major credit cards as settlement. Check In: 3 PM. Arrangements can be made to store your luggage. Check Out: 11 AM. Additional Information:
